4. Fees and payment

Our management fees are set out on our website or in the service agreement. You pay your advertising platform costs directly to Google, Meta or other platforms. We only charge the agreed management fee. Payments are due in accordance with the terms set out in your agreement or invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

5. Client responsibilities

To enable us to deliver the services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and goals.
• Maintain access to your advertising accounts and grant us necessary permissions.
• Respond promptly to requests for approval, feedback or account access.
• Ensure you have the right to advertise your products or services and comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

6. Intellectual property

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising in a twelve-month period will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Kttn in that period. 9. Results and guarantees

While we aim to improve the performance of your advertising campaigns, we cannot guarantee specific results such as clicks, conversions, leads or revenue. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms and your products or services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the services in accordance with the notice period set out in the service agreement or, if no period is specified, by giving thirty days’ written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or fail to pay fees when due. On termination, any outstanding fees for work completed will remain payable.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
